Project brief: The flyer was to portray the overwhelming nature of the Medicare paperwork process involved a careful balance of visual elements and messaging. The goal was to capture the complexity and confusion many individuals face when navigating Medicare, while also offering a sense of relief or solution. The design began with identifying the key pain points in the Medicare process—such as confusing forms, missed deadlines, and unclear instructions—then translating those into visual representations.
